When can I sign up?
Followupzu is pre-launch. Email us and we’ll let you know the moment we open the door — no waitlist tricks, no marketing spam in the meantime.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing cycle so you’re never surprised by a partial refund.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and get two months free on any plan. Same product, same support; just a cheaper bill.
What about non-profits and early-stage startups?
Email hello@followupzu.com with a sentence or two about what you’re working on. We have meaningful discounts for both.
Is there a per-record fee or contact limit?
No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts, deals, and email volume. The only thing that scales with cost is the number of seats.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — one-click CSV export of contacts, deals, notes, and email history. Your data is yours; we don’t hold it hostage.
